James Henry, MBA, is currently the VP of Financial Business Operations at Recom, where they lead strategic initiatives in budget management, financial modeling, and performance analysis to enhance profitability and operational efficiency. Previously, James held senior roles at Thrasio, focusing on inventory and cost accounting, as well as financial planning and analysis. With extensive experience in cost accounting and auditing from positions at B&G Foods and Deloitte, James has managed complex financial processes and supported high-stakes audits. They obtained their MBA in Professional Accounting from Rutgers University.
