Mitchell Bailey's work experience includes holding the position of Divisional Chief Operating Officer at Recom since December 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Kaspien from 2011 to 2021, where they held various roles such as Chief Operating Officer, Senior Vice President of Business Development, Operations & Technology, Vice President of Business Development & Technology, and Director of Business Development & Technology.
