Samuel Sesmilo

Samuel Sesmilo's work experience begins in 2008 when they worked as a Responsable de Marketing Online at Prisacom. Samuel then moved on to Diario AS in 2010, where they served as an Online Marketing Manager and led various digital marketing projects. In 2014, they joined IEBS Business School as a Professor and remained there until 2017. Concurrently, in 2015, they held the position of Head of Marketing at both Restalo and Restaurantes.com.

In 2016, Sesmilo founded their own company, miFarmacéutica, and created the website www.mifarmaceutica.es. Samuel also worked at LAFÓRMULA DE COMUNICACIÓN as Head of Digital and eCommerce from 2016 to 2020, where they were responsible for proposing, executing, supervising, and reporting digital campaigns for various brands.

In 2017, they became Head of Digital Media at Neodrinks_, a role they held until 2020. Lastly, Sesmilo has been working as a Professor of Marketing Digital at ESIC Business & Marketing School since 2017.

Their most recent position is as the CEO & Co-founder of Recomiend.app, a role they started in March 2020.

In 2008, Samuel enrolled at ICEMD and completed a Master's degree in Marketing Relacional, which lasted until 2009. Later in 2009, they attended IE Business School to pursue a Curso in Marketing Digital.

In addition to their formal education, Samuel has obtained various certifications to enhance their professional skills. In 2016, they earned certifications in AB Testing from Facebook, and in Google Analytics and Google Adwords from Google. In 2019, they completed Agile Marketing and Aprende SCRUM courses through LinkedIn. More recently, in 2021, Samuel obtained certifications from Tetuan Valley's 21st edition Accelerator Programme and SeedRocket's VII Campus Business Angels. Lastly, in 2022, they completed a Programa aceleración from La Nave.
