Annie Lee

Annie Lee is an Assistant Project Manager at RECON Environmental, Inc. since April 2023, previously serving as an Environmental Planner at WSP USA from July 2017 to April 2023. With a strong background in environmental document writing (CEQA/NEPA), quality assurance and control of technical reports, and permitting research, Annie has successfully contributed to project management and secured $118 million in grant funding for significant transportation improvement projects. Experience includes serving as an Environmental Planning Intern, assisting with environmental documents for transportation infrastructure, and roles focused on biological fieldwork and stormwater research during internships at various organizations, including Michael Baker International and UC San Diego. Annie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Policy and Urban Studies & Planning from UC San Diego.
