Nicholas Sheppard

Nicholas Sheppard, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Manager of Human Resources at ReCon Management Services, Inc., a position held since August 2021. Prior to this role, Nicholas worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Calcasieu Parish Police Jury from May 2015 to August 2021, and spent several years at Lofton Staffing as an Account Manager from July 2007 to May 2015.
