Jaimin Desai

Jaimin Desai has a diverse work experience. Jaimin is currently the Co-Founder & CEO of Reconcile, a position they have held since June 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Digital Strategist - Senior Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton from August 2016 to June 2019, where they led Digital Transformation and Innovation Management projects for Fortune 500 and U.S. Government clients. Before that, Jaimin served as a Business Development Analyst at Jana in September 2014. Jaimin also has entrepreneurial experience, having founded Apollo Fashions in June 2013.

Jaimin Desai completed their Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Operational Management from Boston College between the years 2012 and 2016. In addition to their degree, Jaimin also obtained certifications in ICP (ICAgile) in February 2018 and Ideas to Action from IDEO U in May 2017.
