Keith Baker

Keith A. Baker is an experienced leader in community development and transportation, currently serving as Executive Director and Managing Director at ReConnect Rondo since April 2019. This organization focuses on creating a vibrant African American cultural enterprise district through a restorative approach. Prior to this, Keith A. Baker held the role of Vice President of Minnesota Operations at Kaskaskia Engineering Group, LLC from January 2016 to April 2019, where the emphasis was on enhancing communities through innovative engineering solutions. Keith A. Baker also contributed to the Minnesota Department of Transportation in various capacities from 1997 to 2015, including as Manager of Metro District Consultant Administration, overseeing substantial budgets and project prioritization, and as Assistant Director of Equal Employment Opportunity Contract Management, where responsibilities included federal regulation administration and workforce diversity initiatives.
