Jody Fullman

Joining Reconomy in January 2019 in the newly created role of CIO, Jody assumed overall responsibility for the technology strategy and delivery across the group as well as overseeing the successful integration of acquired businesses aligned to Reconomy’s strategic growth plans.

Jody has extensive leadership, digital and private equity backed board-level experience having spent over 20 years in various leadership roles through numerous ownership cycles of a scaled, 1,000 person outsourced financial services business, Radius. Amongst the co-founding team of Radius, where he rose to Board Director and CIO, Jody led their EMEA operations together with a global 75-person division responsible for all technology, legal services and product management, delivering several digital transformation programs. He was also instrumental in developing Radius’ growth agendas – both operationally leading its supply chain and setting up its shared service centres across APAC, and through acquisition leading, completing and integrating transactions across four continents. Jody successfully completed a majority shareholder exit of Radius for private equity house HgCapital in May 2018 after which he completed transition of the business to new ownership, before joining Reconomy.

Jody is Microsoft and Prince Practitioner certified and holds a BEng(Hons) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Swansea University. He was made a Fellow of the British Computer Society in 2012 and regularly speaks as an expert contributor across many well recognised industry events.
