Patrick Ihl

Patrick Ihl, CPA, serves as the Head of Accounting and Tax for the Comply Division at Reconomy, starting August 2024. In this leadership role, Patrick oversees the Accounting team within a global provider of Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) products and services, managing operations for key companies such as Reverse Logistics Group, Valpak, Noventiz, and RENE, which collectively implement nearly 40 EPR schemes worldwide. Prior to this position, Patrick worked at Rödl & Partner USA from January 2015 to August 2024 as a Business Development, Audit, and Tax Manager, delivering assurance, tax, and consulting services to mid-market privately held businesses, particularly within the manufacturing and distribution sectors. Additional experience includes roles as a Senior Tax Consultant at PKF and as an Auditor with the German Tax Authority. Patrick holds a Diplom-Finanzwirt degree in Finanzwesen from FH Edenkoben.
