Dr. Whitney M. Stewart

Dr. Whitney M. Stewart is an accomplished education professional with extensive experience in mentoring, teaching, and curriculum development. Currently serving as a New Teacher Mentor at Houston ISD, Dr. Stewart supports first-year teachers in enhancing their instructional skills and aligning with the New Education System-Aligned model. In addition to mentorship, Dr. Stewart operates WM Stewart Consulting, focused on cultural responsiveness in education. Previous roles include Learning and Development Program Manager at UofL Health and Senior Learning and Development Specialist at Norton Healthcare, along with significant teaching positions in Jefferson County Public Schools. Dr. Stewart holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Organizational Development, alongside a Master of Education in Instructional Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Early Elementary Education with a Middle School concentration in Sciences.
