Mindy Meute, SHRM-CP has a diverse background in talent acquisition, starting as a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist and working their way up to their current role as Manager of Talent Acquisition at Rothman Orthopaedic Institute. Prior to this, Mindy gained experience in recruitment and HR as a Junior Recruiter at PeopleShare. Additionally, Mindy has experience in customer service as a Server at Landmark Americana and in marketing as a Social Media Marketing Intern at Weidner Financial Group, Inc. Mindy also has internship experience in management training at Enterprise Holdings. Mindy holds a degree from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
