Dina Killian-Barnes

Dina Killian-Barnes has had extensive work experience in accounting and financial management. Dina started their career in 1998 at TheraSense, Inc. (Abbott Diabetes Care), a start-up medical device manufacturing company, where they were a Senior Accountant responsible for all aspects of accounting and monthly department financial reporting. Dina then worked at Northwood Industries, Inc., a small custom high-end office furniture manufacturer, as a Senior Accountant, reporting to the CEO/Owner and managing all accounting and reporting tasks. In 2004, they joined Advanced Stent Technologies, Inc., another start-up medical device manufacturing company, as an Accounting Manager, reporting to the CEO. Here, they managed all facets of accounting and financial reporting and coordinated multi-year audits and taxes. Dina then joined TriNet in 2005, a professional employment outsourced solutions company, as a Project Accountant, reporting to the Controller. In this role, they provided general audit support, updated financial schedules, and consolidated international activities and tax filings of UK and Canada. From 2006 to 2012, they worked at iScience Interventional, a start-up medical device manufacturing company as an Accounting Manager, reporting to the CFO. Dina managed all aspects of accounting from R&D start-up to Commercialization, ensuring accurate and timely compilation of financial reports. In 2015, they joined ReCor Medical as a Senior Accounting Manager.

Dina Killian-Barnes attended the University of Phoenix from 1996 to 1998, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Business/Management.
