Nicole Matthews

Nicole Matthews has a diverse work experience in the field of data management and research. Nicole is currently working as a Senior Clinical Data Manager at ReCor Medical since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Emmes as a Lead Data Manager from December 2021 to January 2023 and as a Senior Data Manager from January 2020 to December 2021. Nicole also has experience as a Clinical Data Manager at Xcenda from June 2019 to December 2019 and as a Data Manager at Cogstate from May 2018 to June 2019. Before transitioning into data management, they worked at Penn State College of Medicine in various research roles, including Research Compliance Specialist from April 2017 to May 2018, Research Data Systems Manager from February 2014 to April 2017, and Study Coordinator from November 2012 to January 2014. Nicole started their career as a Nursing Assistant and Research Assistant at Geisinger Health System from November 2009 to December 2010. Prior to that, they worked as a Pharmacy Technician at Weis Pharmacy from October 2007 to September 2009.

Nicole Matthews obtained their Bachelor of Arts Degree in Anthropology from Bloomsburg University in 2009. In addition to their degree, they also obtained two certifications. In July 2014, they completed a certification in Data Management for Clinical Research from Coursera. Furthermore, in October 2015, they completed another certification in Programming for Everybody (Getting Started with Python), also from Coursera.
