John Kelly

John Kelly, MBA, is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in financial management, analysis, and strategy across various industries. Currently serving as Finance Manager at Recordati Rare Diseases Inc. since December 2022, John collaborates with the VP of Finance to develop and implement annual operating plans and forecasts. Previously, John held the same title at Bausch Health Companies Inc., overseeing a $0.5 billion generics business and guiding executive leadership with proactive analysis. Additional experience includes roles at RB, Unilever, Movado Group, and AIG, where responsibilities ranged from managing marketing budgets and general accounting to financial analysis and reporting. John holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance and a BS in Accounting, both from Montclair State University.
