Paulo Pinton

Paulo Pinton is an accomplished leader in the pharmaceutical sector, currently serving as LATAM Head & General Manager for Brazil at Recordati Rare Diseases since November 2023, and previously as General Manager for Recordati Rare Diseases Brasil since July 2020. With extensive experience, Paulo has held key positions including Business Unit Head at Ipsen, General Manager at Lansinoh do Brasil Laboratórios, and Director of Rare Diseases and Specialty Care Business Units at Shire and Bristol-Myers Squibb, respectively. Early career roles include Product Manager at Kimberly-Clark and marketing analyst positions at Grupo Orsa and Boehringer Ingelheim. Paulo holds an MBA in Business Administration from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Advertising from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing.
