With a rich background in entertainment, Lapides has been the host and producer of the renowned storytelling show UnCabaret since 1988, which has evolved into an Amazon Prime series and several acclaimed albums. As an accomplished author and freelance writer, Lapides' work has appeared in notable publications such as Time and O Magazine. In addition to these roles, Lapides frequently speaks on creativity and decision-making at various esteemed institutions and runs workshops aimed at nurturing unique comedic voices. An alumna of Brown University with a degree in Modes of Expression Art Dance and Writing, Lapides continues to inspire and educate creatives across multiple platforms.
