Amanda McKeon

Senior Manager, Customer Success at Recorded Future

Amanda McKeon has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Amanda started their career at Wellesley Information Services in 2010, where they worked as an Associate Editor and Online Producer, managing website content, online advertising campaigns, and acting as a subject matter expert for the content management system. Amanda then moved on to become an Associate Editor in Conference Operations, where they edited conference slides, completed conference materials, and led a research project on the potential use of mobile applications in conferences.

In 2013, Amanda joined SEPHORA as a Color Consultant, a role they held until 2016.

In 2015, Amanda also worked briefly at Nexaweb, Inc. as a Digital Marketing Manager. In this role, they developed and implemented marketing campaigns, resulting in significant increase in marketing qualified leads, landing pages, and email click-through rate.

From 2015 to 2018, Amanda worked at Recorded Future in various roles, starting as a Marketing Manager and progressing to the position of Senior Customer Marketing Manager. Amanda then transitioned to the role of Senior Customer Success Manager, responsible for managing customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. Finally, they served as the Global Manager and then Senior Manager of Customer Success.

Amanda McKeon obtained their BA in English from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where they studied from 2005 to 2010. Amanda obtained the HubSpot Certification in November 2015, the Inbound Certification from HubSpot in October 2015, and became a Recorded Future Certified Analyst in March 2019. Most recently, in March 2020, Amanda obtained the Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 certification from SuccessCoaching.
