Denise Palavicini

Denise Palavicini has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Denise is currently working at Recorded Future as the Director of Global Talent Development, a role they started in June 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Principal Leadership and Learning Consultant at the same company from April 2022 to June 2023.

Before joining Recorded Future, Denise worked at JOHN HANCOCK LIFE AND HEALTH INS CO from November 2020 to April 2022 as the DEI Leader/Co-Chair of Valuing Inclusion of Black Experiences (VIBE). In this role, they directed the overall vision, structure, and strategy for VIBE US, focusing on equipping and educating leadership on racial equity, awareness, and inclusion. Denise launched the first company program of its kind, catering to over 5,000 U.S.-based employees.

Prior to their role at JOHN HANCOCK LIFE AND HEALTH INS CO, Denise worked at John Hancock Retirement from April 2019 to April 2022 as a Senior Consultant in Learning, Development & Enablement. In this position, they introduced innovative learning solutions and improved the learning experience for internal and external wholesalers and employees across Sales and Retail organizations.

Denise's earlier work experience includes roles at John Hancock. From June 2014 to April 2019, they served as a Learning Manager, responsible for streamlining operational functions of the training team and creating/designing training programs. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Training and Development Specialist from June 2011 to June 2014, where they provided transactional and service skills-based training to staff at all levels. Denise also has experience as a Quality Control Analyst from January 2008 to June 2011 and as an Account Specialist II from May 2006 to January 2008.

Denise Palavicini's education history includes studying Business Administration and Organizational Leadership at Southern New Hampshire University. Denise has also participated in the Executive Leadership Development & Coaching program at The Partnership, Inc. As of April 2022, Denise has obtained certification as a Next Generation Executive Alum from The Partnership, Inc.
