Matt Kodama

Matt Kodama has a strong background in product management and leadership roles in various technology companies. Matt is currently the VP Data Science at Recorded Future since September 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Principal Architect at Recorded Future from July 2020 to September 2021. Before joining Recorded Future, they served as the VP Product at Recorded Future from August 2012 to July 2020.

In addition to their roles at Recorded Future, Matt has also worked at Oracle as a Sr. Principal Product Manager in February 2012. Prior to Oracle, they were the VP Product Management at Endeca from March 2006 to January 2012, where they held various product leadership roles. Matt was responsible for the core technology (MDEX Engine) of all product lines and also served as the VP Product Management & Marketing for the Public Sector line of business.

Earlier in their career, Matt worked as a Product Manager at Mercury Interactive from August 2004 to January 2006, and as a Product Designer and Developer at Kintana from April 1998 to April 2004. Matt started their career at Oracle as a Developer from June 1997 to April 1998.

Matt Kodama attended Stanford University from 1990 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Symbolic Systems. Their field of study included Computer Science, Linguistics, and Formal Logic.
