CTO Co Founder at Recorded Future

Staffan Truvé has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Staffan co-founded Recorded Future in 2009 and served as the CTO. Staffan was also the Chairman of Qamcom Research and Technology's Board of Directors since 2016. In addition, they were the General Partner at Truvé & Vasell Innovation since 2003 and Chairman at Makewave AB (formerly Gatespace Telematics AB) from 2003 onwards. Staffan has held various roles at RISE Interactive Institute AB, including Chairman, Board of Directors member, and CEO. Staffan served as the Director at Acumem AB and Vice President at Swedish ICT Research. Furthermore, they have been an advisor at InnovationsKapital since 1997. Currently, they are the Chairman of AI Sweden and has been serving on the board of RISE Interactive Institute AB since 2017.

Staffan Truvé's education history begins in 1981 when they enrolled at Chalmers University of Technology to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Physics. Staffan successfully completed their studies in 1984. In 1982, they simultaneously attended the University of Gothenburg and earned a degree in Organisation, which they completed in 1987. Following this, in 1985 and 1986, Truvé was awarded a Fulbright Scholarship to study Computer Science at the prestigious Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Lastly, they returned to Chalmers University of Technology and obtained a PhD in Computer Science, which concluded in 1992.
