Tracy K. Westmoreland

Tracy K. Westmoreland, Ph.D., is a seasoned professional in intelligence and risk mitigation with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Principal Consultant for Intelligence Services at Recorded Future since August 2022, Westmoreland previously held the position of Director, Risk Mitigation and Intelligence at Anvil Group. A long tenure at Archimedes Global Inc included roles as Vice President, Senior Director, and Director. Prior experience also includes Senior Intelligence Analyst at CACI International Inc and Intelligence Officer at the Central Intelligence Agency. Westmoreland holds a Ph.D. in International Security and an MA in International Relations from the University of Miami, along with a BA in Political Science from the University of Florida.
