Senior Director, People & Talent at Recorded Future

Treasa Law has extensive experience in human resources, talent management, and organizational development. Treasa joined Recorded Future in 2019 as the Senior Director of People & Talent, responsible for building a global HR business partner, talent management, and talent development approach. In May 2020, they took on the interim role of Head of HR and led the function until December 2020.

Prior to that, Treasa worked at Carbon Black, Inc. from 2012 to 2019, where they played a key role in transforming the People organization and scaling the company to a 1,200-person, public company. Treasa led the global HR business partner, talent development, and internal communications teams, as well as drove strategic organizational development programs.

Before joining Carbon Black, Treasa worked at Optaros from 2007 to 2012, where they started as an HR Analyst/Coordinator and advanced to become a Senior HR Generalist/HR Manager. Treasa gained experience in all major HR functional areas, including compensation, talent management, recruiting, and assimilation. In their final role, they led all HR operations and line partnership across Optaros' North American and European business units.

Treasa's career began at Boston University in 2005, where they served as the Team Lead of the Student Activities Business Office. In this role, they led and managed a team responsible for supporting the finances of group events, training new team members, and fostering their professional growth.

Treasa Law has a BA degree in Psychology from Boston University. In 2013, they obtained an Advanced Certificate in Strategic HR Management from Cornell University and also became Myers-Briggs Type Indicator certified through the American Management Association.
