Jessie Darroch

Jessie Darroch has over 7 years of professional work experience in the recruiting and talent acquisition field. Jessie began their career in 2013 as a Recruitment Consultant at Michael Page. In 2014, they joined Sage Recruiting as a Team Lead, and then moved up to Senior Account Manager and eventually Director of Recruitment. In 2017, they transitioned to CrowdRiff, where they currently serve as the Director of Talent Acquisition & Employer Brand and Talent Acquisition Manager.

Jessie Darroch attended Western University from 2008 to 2012, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.). Jessie then attended Ryerson University from 2012 to 2013, obtaining a postgraduate degree in Sustainability Studies. Jessie also holds two certifications from the Canadian Professional Sales Association, in Account Management and Influence Buying Decisions.
