Veronica Ibarra

Veronica Ibarra has over 24 years of experience in the air cargo industry. Veronica began their career in 1998 as a Cargo Operations Manager at Cargolux Airlines, where they coordinated cargo operations. In 2009, Veronica joined the International Air Transport Association (IATA) as an Assistant Manager, handling the cargo agenda for the ECUADORIAN market and managing cargo operations and the remittance & settlement process. Veronica then transitioned to the role of Regional Assistant Manager Operations in The Americas, followed by a role as a Project Manager for DPC Systems migration, where they led various project phases and coordinated change management. In 2018, Veronica became the Global Billing Operations Manager, overseeing a global team responsible for customer support and ensuring process adherence and quality control. Veronica also played a significant role in IT transformation projects to modernize passenger and cargo settlement systems. In 2022, they joined CargoAi as the Vice President of Operations, responsible for customer support, strategic operational activities, and accelerating the customer experience. Currently, Veronica works as an Account Manager at Recorded Future.

From 2004 to 2009, Veronica Ibarra attended UNIVERSIDAD UTE, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce.
