Harish Mamtani has over 20 years of experience in the finance and educational sectors. Harish began their career in 1998 as a Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch. In 2000, they moved to Morgan Stanley as a Vice President. In 2002, they joined Bank of America as a Vice President in the Private Bank. In 2010, they became an Advisor at Gray Ghost Ventures. In 2012, they were appointed to the Board of Directors of Indian School Finance Company. In 2013, they Co-Founded and joined the Board of SEED Schools, an organization that invests in and provides curriculum, training, and management services to high quality low-cost private schools in India. In 2014, they were appointed to the TiE Global Board of Trustees and Vice Chairman of The Indus Entrepreneurs, a global organization dedicated to fostering entrepreneurship. In 2016, they joined SoftWear Automation, Inc. as a Member of the Board of Directors. In 2018, they founded Recordent.

Harish Mamtani completed their Bachelor of Science in Accounting & Finance from the Darla Moore School of Business between 1985 and 1989. Harish then went on to pursue a Masters in International Business (MIBS) from the same school, which they completed in 1993.
