Nabil Ayers is currently a Trustee at The Recording Academy. Prior to that, they were the US Label Manager at 4AD from January 2009 to January 2022. Before that, they were at Valley of Search / The Control Group. And before that, they were Co-Owner & Co-Founder of Sonic Boom Records Inc from September 1997 to July 2016.

Nabil Ayers has a bachelor's degree in communication from the University of Puget Sound.
