Jon Bunten

Jonathan Bunten is an experienced entrepreneur and executive with a diverse background in finance, sales, and strategic business development. As the CEO and Co-Founder of RecorGroup LLC since December 2014, Jonathan has focused on connecting consumer goods manufacturers with retailers through trusted partnerships and insights. In 2024, Jonathan co-founded Big Delta Capital with a mission to empower women in financial empowerment and wealth-building. Additionally, as an Entrepreneur Accelerator Advisor & Coach at Because International, Jonathan supports global entrepreneurs in launching innovative products. Jonathan's professional journey includes significant roles at The J.M. Smucker Company, COTY Inc., and the US Army. Currently, Jonathan is pursuing a Certificate in M&A and Corporate Strategy at INSEAD and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Finance from The College of Idaho.
