Idsah Ipsita

Idsah Ipsita has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. They worked as a Customer Success Manager for Recotap starting in June 2021. Before that, they worked as a Digital Marketing Executive as a freelancer from October 2020 to May 2021, where they were responsible for website development and social media management. They also worked as an Operations Manager for CaseOn from June 2020 to September 2020. Prior to that, they were an Associate Operations Manager for AppliedMACS from August 2017 to May 2020. They gained experience as a Business Analyst during an internship at Dell International Services India Pvt Ltd in 2016, where they worked on process improvement and analysis. Their earlier experiences include roles as a Merchandiser at K.Mohan & Co (Exports Pvt. Ltd) from July 2012 to August 2014, and at Sachi Creations from April 2012 to July 2012. In these roles, they handled production, sampling, inventory, and coordination with various departments and buyers.

Idsah Ipsita has a diverse education history. Idsah completed their postgraduate diploma in management with a specialization in Operations at Xavier Institute Of Management and Entrepreneurship from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2011, Idsah earned their Bachelor's degree in B.Tech in FT from the College of Engineering & Technology in Bhubaneswar. Idsah completed their high school education at DAV Public School in Rourkela from 2004 to 2006 and at Deepika English Medium School in Rourkela, Odisha from 2002 to 2004, where they studied subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology, and English.

In addition to their formal education, Idsah also has obtained certifications to enhance their skills. In July 2019, they completed "The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing" certification from Google, and in August 2019, they obtained the "Hubspot Inbound Certificate" from HubSpot.
