Robert D.

Robert D. has extensive experience in clinical operations and healthcare management, currently serving as Head of Clinical Operations at Recover since December 2024. Prior roles include Vice President of Clinical Operations at Wayspring, where notable achievements included successfully opening and scaling three clinics and achieving high patient access and retention rates. Robert held senior positions at Monogram Health, Molina Healthcare, and Evolent Health, focusing on client partnerships, operational management, and process improvement. With a strong background in addictions treatment and evidence-based practices from time spent at Centerstone Kentucky, Robert has also contributed to military aviation as a crew chief and mechanic in the United States Army Reserve. Robert holds a Master’s Degree in Expressive Therapy from the University of Louisville and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Fine Art from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
