The Council on Alcoholism & Drug Abuse Services of Sullivan County, d.b.a. Recovery Center, is a comprehensive program providing intervention, treatment and recovery support services to all who are in need. It includes outpatient and day treatment, crisis counseling and detox, outpatient clinics, inpatient and residential programs and sober housing.
