David Bauer

David Bauer has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. David started their career in 1991 in the US Navy, serving as a Petty Officer Second Class, Drug and Alcohol Program Advisor, and Command Fitness Coordinator until 1998.

Following their military service, Bauer transitioned to the private sector and worked at Algus Packaging as the VP of Operations from 1995 to 1999. David then joined Delnor Community Health and Wellness Center in 1998 as a Fitness Director until 2000.

In 2000, Bauer embarked on a new venture and became the Owner of Integrated Fitness, a role they continue to hold. Alongside their ownership, they also served as a Senior Trainer since September 2000.

In 2019, Bauer briefly worked at FGS Inc., where they held the position of QC / EI Director from May 2019 to January 2020, and then as QC / EI Director from January 2020 to April 2020.

In 2018, Bauer joined Fit To Lead, LLC as an Executive Wellness Coach, a position they currently hold. Additionally, since 2020, they have been working as a Wellness Coordinator at Recovery Centers of America.

Throughout their career, Bauer has focused on promoting wellness and helping individuals achieve their goals by creating balance in their lives through healthy choices.

David Bauer received their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Judson University. David pursued further education and obtained a Master's degree in Counseling from National Louis University. David Bauer has also earned several certifications including a Certified Drug, Alcohol, and Addiction Counselor from the Illinois Certification Board, Inc., a Medical Exercise Specialist from the American Council on Exercise (ACE Fitness), a Licensed Professional Counselor from IDFPR, a Certified Personal Trainer from the American Council on Exercise (ACE Fitness), and a Certified Health Coach from the American Council on Exercise (ACE Fitness). Lastly, David Bauer is also a National Certified Counselor (NCC) from The National Board for Certified Counselors, but the specific month and year of obtaining this certification is not provided.
