Kevin Kramer

Kevin Kramer has extensive work experience in data science, analytics, and business transformation. Kevin is currently serving as the SVP of Data Science & Analytics at Recovery Centers of America since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Medecision as Principal Data Scientist from September 2020 to October 2021. In this role, Kevin led cross-functional teams and drove enterprise initiatives in advanced analytics for care management software solutions.

Before Medecision, Kevin worked at Analytic Insights as a Senior Analytics/Business Transformation Consultant from June 2018 to September 2020. Here, they led strategic initiatives in various industries such as healthcare, e-commerce, insurance, and IT.

Kevin's work experience also includes being the SVP of Data Science & Data Management at Health Transformation Alliance from July 2016 to June 2018. In this role, they directed initiatives to improve the healthcare system and reduce employee costs. Kevin also worked at Analytic Insights as a Senior Analytics Consultant from March 2014 to June 2016.

Earlier in their career, Kevin served as the Head of Analytics and Optimization at Aetna Insurance from August 2010 to March 2014. During this time, they led the establishment of data-driven decision-making processes and enabled enterprise transformation.

Additionally, Kevin has held positions at CSI/DeLeeuw, MBNA America, and National City Bank, where they contributed to mergers, marketing strategy, internet/digital marketing, and business process optimization. Throughout their career, Kevin has displayed strong leadership skills, successfully driving improvements in processes, performance, and productivity.

Kevin Kramer has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell University. Kevin also holds a Master of Arts (MA) degree in International Relations from The Johns Hopkins University. Additionally, Kevin Kramer possesses a Ph.D. in Political Science with a specialization in Quantitative Methods from the University of Michigan.
