Lauren Grow

Lauren Grow has a diverse work experience. Lauren started their career in 2019 as a Research Assistant at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, where they collaborated on various projects and interned in the Violence Intervention Program.

In 2017, they joined La Salle University as a Peer Mentor and later served as the Recording Secretary in their sorority, Alpha Theta Alpha, where they were responsible for attendance, minute-taking, and communication distribution.

Lauren also held a leadership role as the Philanthropy Chair of Alpha Theta Alpha, planning and coordinating fundraisers that raised over $8,200 for various causes.

Currently, they are employed at Recovery Centers of America, starting in 2020 as an Associate Treatment Advisor and later transitioning to the role of Admissions Team Lead. Lauren is currently working as an Operations Project Coordinator.
