Patricia Pugliese

Patricia Pugliese, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience in human resources. Patricia is currently employed at Recovery Centers of America as a Human Resources Business Partner. Prior to this, they worked at Computer Generated Solutions from 2012 until 2021 as an HR Manager. In this role, they led a team of four recruiters and managed the onboarding process for new hires across multiple sites. Before joining Computer Generated Solutions, Patricia worked at Macy's, Inc. from 2001 to 2012. Patricia held two roles during this time, first as an HR Manager where they coordinated recruiting, screening, and hiring, and implemented various programs and policies. Later, they served as a Staffing Planner, responsible for analyzing financial plans, training management on staffing solutions, and establishing hiring goals.

Patricia Pugliese, SHRM-CP has a BA in Psychology from Rutgers, the State University. Patricia also holds a Teacher Certificate in Education from Kean University. Additionally, they have obtained the SHRM-CP (SHRM - Certified Professional) certification from SHRM.
