Matthew Wyatt is the current President and CEO of Recovery Force. Matthew has also previously co-founded Recovery Force Health, Nexxt Spine, and AMB Surgical, LLC. Matthew has also held the position of Principal Agent at K2M and Sales Consultant and Sales Manager at Synthes.

Matthew Wyatt has over 25 years of experience in the medical device industry. Matthew has a successful track record as an entrepreneur, having successfully exited three companies. Matthew has also been instrumental in the growth of several large medical device companies.

Matthew Wyatt is a graduate of Duke University.

Matthew Wyatt earned their Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Counseling Psychology from Ball State University - Miller College of Business. Matthew also attended Mount Vernon High School.
