Frambiel Rodriguez has extensive work experience in law enforcement and community engagement. From 2021 to present, they serve as the Director of Law Enforcement Initiatives at Recovery Network of Programs, Inc., where they collaborate with the CEO and other staff to establish business relationships and community partnerships. Frambiel also optimizes referrals and increases the organization's visibility in the community. Prior to this, from 2005 to 2021, Frambiel worked as a Police Officer in Stamford, CT. In this role, they ensured public safety, maintained order, responded to emergencies, enforced laws, and built positive community relations. Frambiel was responsible for writing and analyzing police reports, including those for federal court proceedings and undercover operations.
Frambiel Rodriguez obtained a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from the University of New Haven, which they attended from 2000 to 2005. In 2023, they completed a certificate program in Project Management Professional at Cornell University.
