Rev. Yolanda J. Dancy is an accomplished leader in ministry and community service, currently serving as the Reentry Housing Manager at Recovery Network of Programs, Inc. since July 2022. Dancy has held various significant roles, including Superintendent of Sunday School at Grace Bible Church since November 2018 and Founder-CEO of EmbracingA(F)atherlessGenerationOutreach since November 2019. Previous positions include Associate Pastor at SJMBC and Program Manager at Connecticut Community for Addiction Recovery. Dancy is an advocate for addressing community challenges and has a strong educational background, having studied at Liberty University and earned an Associate's Degree in Criminal Justice from Connecticut State Norwalk.

Recovery Network of Programs (RNP) is a non-profit social service agency that has been providing critical recovery care and support services to the Greater Bridgeport Community for 50 years.
