Shaun Ali is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer service, social services, and counseling. Currently serving as a License Agent at the Department of Motor Vehicles in Connecticut since April 2020, Shaun is responsible for permit testing, immigration checks, and road tests. Shaun also works as a Drug and Alcohol Counselor for Recovery Network of Programs, Inc. since July 2019, where duties include case management and treatment planning. Additionally, Shaun has extensive experience as a Residential Instructor with the Institute of Professional Practice, collecting data for developmental services and assisting clients. Shaun's career includes various roles in customer service and management at Marriott Hotel, Wireless Resources, and Big-K-Mart, demonstrating strong leadership and sales enhancement skills. Shaun holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration and Science, as well as additional qualifications in General Studies and Computer Science.
