Whitney Knight is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Apple Rehab Shelton Lakes since January 2023, where responsibilities include payroll processing for over 100 employees and developing employee relations strategies. Whitney has also held roles as a Human Resources Specialist at Recovery Network of Programs, Inc. since September 2021, overseeing HR activities and compliance reporting, and previously worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at Hearst Connecticut Media Group and Achieve Beyond, managing payroll, employee inquiries, and recruitment efforts. Additional experience includes serving as a Unit Coordinator at Stamford Health and internships that have further solidified expertise in HR functions. Whitney holds a Bachelor's of Science in Labor Relations and Human Resource Management from Eastern Connecticut State University.
