The Directors Team at Recovery Options Made Easy leads and oversees key organizational functions to ensure the delivery of high-quality peer services. This team is responsible for program development and compliance (Director of Licensed Programs), technological infrastructure and data security (Director of Information Technology), staff training and human resource coordination (Director of Peer Training & HR Liaison), and quality assurance and improvement initiatives (Director of QA/QI). Together, they ensure that the organization operates efficiently and effectively while maintaining its commitment to empowering individuals through peer support.
