Earlier in their career, they were a Specialty Sales Professional at Tom James Company and held positions at TNT Fireworks in the areas of warehouse assistance, area representation, and credit card department. Evan's diverse work experience reflects their expertise in sales, leadership, training, and addiction treatment.

Evan A. Radtke obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing with a specialization in Sales from The University of Alabama, where they studied from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they attended Gulf Coast State College from 2008 to 2009, where they pursued studies in Business/Commerce, General. Additionally, Evan A. Radtke has obtained the Integrity Selling Facilitator Certification from Integrity Solutions in November 2020.
