Christopher Hart is the Chief Data and Analytics Officer at Third Horizon Strategies, leading the development of cloud-based systems and analytic suites. Christopher is also the CIO and Co-Founder of RecoveryLink, focusing on connecting individuals and organizations in the peer recovery support process. With a background in data information systems, Christopher is the Founder of sr4-DIS Holdings, Inc., managing various data projects. Additionally, Christopher has experience as a Managing Partner for population health data analytics at sr4 Partners and as a Principle at Bliss Training & Consulting. Christopher holds a Master of Science in Applied Data Science from Syracuse University and a BA in Business Management from Gettysburg College.
