Dana Medlin, NBC-HWC, MBCS has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare and business industries. Dana began their career in 2000 as a Healthcare Recruiter for Cross Country TravCorps, Inc. In 2003 they became a Sales Counselor/Team Leader for KB Home and in 2006 they were a Staffing Manager at Zip Realty. From 2010 to 2014, they were the Executive Director and Spokesperson for Barbizon USA. In 2008, they were the Vice President of Sales and Business Development for KONTOR Business Support, LLC (formerly Virtual Admin USA). From 2014 to 2017, they were the Center Manager and Personal Development Coach for Ideal Image. In 2018, they were the Wellness Center Operations Manager and Certified Health Coach for Profile by Sanford. From 2019 to 2020, they were a Performance Behavior and Personal Development Coach for Actions Transform, LLC. Currently, they are the Senior Director of Behavior Change and Engagement, Sr. Manager, Behavior Change and Engagement, and Behavior Specialist for RecoveryOne.

Dana Medlin has an extensive education history. Dana obtained an Associate of Science in Theatre/Theater from the Florida School of the Arts in 1994, a Bachelors in Marketing and Public Relations from the University of Central Florida in 1996, and a Post Graduate degree in Behavior Analysis and Organizational Behavior Management from the Florida Institute of Technology in 2019. Dana is currently an MBA candidate studying Business and Entrepreneurship at Nova Southeastern University. Medlin also holds a certification from the Connecticut School of Broadcasting in Radio and Television Broadcasting from 1998. In addition, they hold a Master Certified Health Coach certification from the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute obtained in 2020, a Certified Performance Coach certification from the International Association of Coaching® (IAC) obtained in 2019, a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach certification from the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching obtained in 2021, and a Diversity Equity and Inclusion certification from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business.
