Maria Suarez, LCSW, is an experienced clinical therapist currently serving at Recovia since November 2020 and as the Clinical Lead Supervisor at Rite of Passage- Peal Haven since November 2022, where Maria supervises a team of interns, therapists, and case managers while providing clinical and administrative support. Previous roles include therapist positions at STRIDE Psychological Service and Haven Behavioral Healthcare, and clinical therapist at Valleywise Health and Rite of Passage. Maria's expertise also includes work as IOP Therapist at Valle del Sol of New Mexico and therapist roles at La Frontera Arizona and the Arizona Department of Child Safety. Educational qualifications consist of a Master of Social Work from Fordham University, a Bachelor of Social Work from Mercy University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College (CUNY).
