Michael Kothman

Michael Kothman is an experienced healthcare operations leader currently serving as the Director of Operations at Recreate Behavioral Health of Ohio since July 2025. Previously, Kothman held the same position at BrightView, where responsibilities included developing and enforcing policies, managing operations and staff, and ensuring compliance with accreditation standards. Kothman's extensive background also includes roles such as Outpatient Office Manager at Columbus Springs and Manager of Operations & Eligibility Services at MedAssist, where oversight of large teams and budgeting was essential. Kothman started the career as Lead Scheduler at Premier Health Partners and held an administrative position at Samaritan Homeless Clinic.
