RUCHIRA holds a Bachelor's degree in Computing and Information Systems from Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka, as well as a Higher Educational Qualifications Diploma - Level 5 from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, and a Diploma in Computer System Design from the National Institute of Business Management (NIBM - Sri Lanka).
