Alok Singh Baghel has several years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Alok Singh started their career as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at AndWiLL Management Consultant in 2015. Alok Singh then joined PITCS (Poonam IT Consulting Services Pvt. Ltd) in 2016 as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, where they handled end-to-end product engineering and non-tech hiring. In 2018, Alok joined Recro as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, where they managed the full life-cycle process from gathering requirements to extending offers. In 2019, they were promoted to Talent Acquisition Lead at Recro, where they focused on scouting and sourcing talent based on time, cost, and quality parameters. In 2020, Alok became a Talent Acquisition Manager at Recro, playing a crucial role in empowering developers by providing them with relevant experiences at fast-growing startups.

Alok Singh Baghel has a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from the Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology. Alok Singh also holds a Polytechnic degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Samrat Ashok Technological Institute. Alok Singh completed their high school education at Kendriya Vidyalaya, where they studied all subjects. In addition to their formal education, Alok Singh Baghel obtained a certification as a Viber Brand Ambassador from Viber in July 2014.
