Deepak Kumar has a strong background in technology recruitment. Deepak started their career as a Technology Recruiter at VARITE INC in 2016 and worked there until 2018. After that, they joined NewGen IT Solutions and Services Pte Ltd. as a Technology Recruiter, where they demonstrated expertise in multiple sourcing channels and effectively communicated progress and feedback on recruitment processes. In 2021, they transitioned to Crewscale as a Sr. Technology Recruiter, where they built and maintained a pipeline of top software development candidates and established a strong brand presence in the market. Currently, they are working at Recro as a Sr. Technology Recruiter, where they have created strong working relationships with leaders and team members, utilizing analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively communicate data to stakeholders.

Deepak Kumar holds a Master of Computer Science (M.Sc.) degree in Computer Science from Maharaja Ganga Singh University, Bikaner. In addition, they have obtained certifications including the Hirist.com tech recruiter certification program from hirist.com in May 2020 and the Java SE 7 Programmer II certification from Ducat Education in July 2015.
