Kamal Deo Prasad has a diverse range of work experience in the technology industry. Kamal Deo is currently the Chief Product Officer at Recro, a platform that connects talented developers with top startups. In this role, Kamal is responsible for empowering and accelerating the career growth of developers while providing high-quality talent to startups.

Prior to their current role, Kamal was a Co-Founder at Panorbit Services LLP, a digital agency based in Bengaluru. During their time at Panorbit, they were responsible for the product roadmap of their ERP system, FINPoint.

Early in their career, Kamal interned at Bihar State Electronics Development Corporation Limited (BELTRON) in Patna.
