Kevin Pithalia

Kevin Pithalia has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Kevin'smost recent position was as a Key Account Manager at Recro, a role they have held since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Manager - Staffing Services at Fidelis Technologies Pte Limited from October 2021 to July 2022.

Before joining Fidelis Technologies, Kevin held multiple roles at Fidelis Corporate Solutions Private Limited. Kevin started as a Senior Executive Talent Acquisition in February 2019 and was promoted to Associate Team Lead - IT Staffing in October 2019. Kevin then served as an Associate Manager - Delivery from March 2020 to June 2021, and subsequently as Manager - Staffing Services from June 2021 to July 2022.

Earlier in their career, Kevin worked as a Software Developer at Effcon Raipur from August 2016 to October 2018. Kevin also co-founded Expertise Home Tutions in August 2016, a company that provides tuition services to students. Kevin served as a CO Founder in this role until March 2017.

Kevin Pithalia's education history begins in 2011 when they attended Adarsh Vidyalaya in Raipur, where they completed their high school education with a focus on physics. In 2012, they enrolled at Shri Shankaracharya Institute of Professional Management & Technology in Mujgahan and pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computer Science, which they completed in 2016.

After obtaining their bachelor's degree, Kevin pursued further education in the field of business administration. From 2021 to 2022, they attended the Institute of Management Technology in Ghaziabad, where they obtained a postgraduate degree in Business Administration and Management, focusing on general studies.

During the same period, Kevin also pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Business Statistics from the Liverpool Business School. Kevin completed this degree in 2022.

In addition to their formal education, Kevin has also obtained several certifications to enhance their knowledge and skills. Kevin became certified in Boolean Search for Recruitment & Sourcing (Human Resource) and Social Media Recruitment for Human Resource from Udemy in May 2021. In February 2021, they completed the Leadership Foundations certification from LinkedIn. Prior to that, they obtained the Tech Recruitment Certified Professional certification from DevSkiller in October 2020.

Kevin's earliest certification dates back to May 2015 when they became an Oracle Certified Professional, Java SE 6 Programmer. Kevin also holds the AMCAT Certified Software Engineer - IT Services certification from Aspiring Minds, which they obtained in January 2016.
